They work like a charm for someone like me who was born with "flat feet" and now some 81 years later has no arches but needs the support for walking.
These are great and last a very long time.
The sole was so thick that my foot rode up above the back of the shoe. Additionally, it was too wide for my shoes.
Been using Spenco full orthotcs for over 15 years, after a (mild?) case of plantar fasciitis that ailed me then. Tried other inserts, Spencos worked. Now every new pair of running shoes gets a new set of Spencos. I order from Holabirds b/c of price and service. Never been disappointed w/ H.
My Mayo doctor recommended them several years ago and I've been using them ever since. I have a bunion problem. These inserts help me avoid surgery. Holabird is terrific. Get these inserts and my Asic running shoes there.
