sorbathane heel pads
Heel pads are helpful, however, they are a little large to fit into my athletic shoes. This causes a problem because I have a narrow heel and the heel pads change the way the shoes fit the heel area of my foot and make it hard for me to lace my shoes as tight as I would like. As a result, the shoes ride up and down on my heel more than without the heel pads. I am using them, however, because I desperately needed some cushioning under my heels.
